Dj Alejandre Santiago aka Dj El Loco, nascido em São Paulo, Brasil, desde sua adolescência esteve em contato com a música eletrônica, mas, apenas como um admirador.
Em 2006, devido ao seu "feeling" musical e por incentivo de terceiros, resolveu deixar de ser admirador passando para o outro lado da pista, criando uma atmosfera energética e fazer as pessoas dançarem.
Sua primeira participação foi no Festival Ecco Beat.
Desde então, foi influenciado pela magia das noites de IBIZA até os dias atuais, onde ainda é sua base.
